Amount of Characters: Remember extra characters are extra money!
References: Please have references handy. If you have no references, it's $20 extra as it will count as character design.
Personality/Atmosphere: Personality, poses, expressions, general atmosphere of the picture!
Background: Simple or complex -- simple block backgrounds cost nothing, but complex ones are extra! If complex, describe.
Extra Notes: Anything you have to add like time limits, who it's for, etc.
After you've noted me this form, I'll get back to you with what the total price will be, which leads me to the final section:
